On May 13, Zhang Xingping, Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee of Hubei provincial CPC committee and member of the CPC group of provincial department of education, and his delegation of over 100 members paid a visit to our laboratory. Professor Song Huyue, Secretary of teacher's CPC branch of the laboratory and director of Culture Center for Science Popularization, introduced the construction of the CPC branch at the State Key Laboratory of Biogeology and Environmental Geology and the fossil wall of Ichthyosaurs and Crinoids. Subsequently, professor Song Haijun and professor Chen Zhongqiang, deputy director of the laboratory respectively expounded on simulation laboratories for terrestrial plants and marine animals as well as large-scale experimental equipments.
