个人简历:

2001年获得澳大利亚迪肯大学博士学位,曾任澳大利亚西澳大学副教授,2012年全职回国,现任中国地质大学(武汉)生物地质与环境地质国家重点实验室二级教授、博士生导师、长江学者(特聘教授)、国际地层委员会三叠系地层分会主席、国家外国专家局重点引智项目评审专家、中国科协评审专家、湖北省特聘专家、曾任国际地学研究计划IGCP-572IGCP-630项目主席、担任3SCI期刊副主编和执行主编以及9种国际SCI期刊16次特邀嘉宾编辑。国际地学研究计划项目IGCP 5722008-2013年)和IGCP 630 2014-2019年)由联合国科教文组织和国际地科联联合资助,自担任IGCP-572IGCP-630项目主席以来,牵头组织主办19个国际会议分会场和14个国际野外地质现场讨论会,积极推动了全球对二叠纪-三叠纪之交生物大绝灭和其后复苏事件的研究。应邀参与2020年版《国际地质年代表Geological Time Scale》撰写工作,是三叠系章节的主要撰写人;是全国2020-30年沉积学发展战略白皮书(中英文版)生物沉积学方向的执笔人。共发表SCI论文207篇,包括第一作者《Nature Geoscience》论文;6篇高被引论文,单篇高引达377次;SCI论文他引共4362次(Web of Science 202103月数据),H-因子:43。斯坦福大学2019-2020度全球科学家科技论文引用数量排名中,在二级学科—《古生物学》近2万名学者中排名第79名(国内第一)。


主要学术成就:

从事二叠纪和三叠纪生物和生态系统对全球极端环境气候事件的反馈机制以及古生物学、生物沉积学和生物-年代地层学等方面研究二十余年,取得三个方面的成果和认识:1系统描述了腕足类化石440余种,建立15个新属60个新种,它们已被由美国地质学会主编的《古生物学大百科全书》录用为国际标准化石;2提出了海洋生态系统在大危机之后的阶梯式复苏模式,发现二叠纪末大绝灭之后生态系统需近1000万年才完成复苏重建;3总结出地史时期五次微生物向后生生物重要转折期的生物沉积模式。

l 深时生态系统与环境演化:重点关注二叠纪-三叠纪之交大灭绝与生物复苏的生物与环境过程,强调生物多样性与生物行为(遗迹化石)对极端环境的被动适应和主动变革策略

l 生物沉积学与地球生物学:关注重大地质历史转折期碳酸盐工厂的转换过程与机制、深时白云岩成因机制和早期生命演化,强调沉积学与地球化学的研究手段和方法

l 计算古生物学与大数据应用:关注深时生物多样性、生物群落功能群和食物链的生态模拟计算以及与环境的协同演化,强调新型知识图谱的建立和大数据的获取

l 综合生物-年代地层格架与时间尺度:通过综合高精度同位素(TIMS)测年和生物、地化、旋回和磁性地层学信息,建立全球三叠纪年代地层格架与标准,强调火山灰锆石的U-Pb同位素测年
