研究方向：

本人以特殊生境来源的放线菌为研究对象，以特殊生境来源放线菌活性次级代谢产物的生物合成机制为拟解决的关键科学问题。主要从沙漠、海洋以及洞穴中分离获得放线菌，综合运用微生物学、分子生物学、生物信息学、生物化学、天然产物化学以及药理学等多学科专业技能，筛选结构新颖的生物活性化合物，研究其新的生物合成机制及酶催化机制，并结合运用代谢工程以及组合生物合成手段挖掘天然产物药物先导化合物。

主持或参加的科研项目：

2019-2021中国博士后科学基金特别资助（站前）：放线菌Streptomyces atrovirens LQ13次级代谢产物挖掘及其生物合成研究，18万元，主持；

2017-2020国家自然科学基金：姜氏菌新资源挖掘及基于全基因组信息的生物勘探，68万元，参与；

2017-2019国家自然科学基金：贵州喀斯特洞穴放线菌多样性及生物活性菌株筛选，19万元，参与；等。
